Your child's records stay yours
You've kept your child's education in your own hands — putting years of their academic record into anyone's software takes trust. That's a fair bar. Here is exactly where we stand, in plain words, and the full policy behind each one.
The promise, specifically
- Never sold, never rented, never shared for marketing. Not your information, not your child's, not ever — and no ads anywhere in the service.
- You're the customer, not the product. The subscription pays for the service. There is no second business model behind your back.
- Not used to train AI models. The AI services we use run on commercial terms that forbid training on your content.
- Export or delete anytime, yourself. Account deletion is a button in settings, not a support ticket. Parents can do it for a student's account too.
- The promise survives us. Any successor to the business is bound to the same terms, including never selling your personal information.
Common questions
- Do you sell or share my child’s information?
- No — never. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information or your child’s, for advertising or anything else. There are no ads on the service. The subscription is the business model, so we answer to you, not to advertisers.
- Is my child’s data used to train AI?
- No. The AI services that power the counselor run on paid commercial terms under which your content is not used to train their models, and we do not allow it.
- Can I get our records out, or remove them completely?
- Yes, both, at any time. You can export your records, and you can delete the account and its data yourself from account settings — no email to support, no waiting period on our end. Parents can also delete a student’s account and data from their family view.
- What if the company is ever sold?
- The privacy policy binds any successor to the same promise, including never selling your personal information. Your records don’t become someone else’s asset.
- Can I try it without handing over any data?
- Yes. The transcript demo runs entirely in your browser on sample data — nothing you click there is sent or saved. And the free tier stores nothing about your family at all; records are only saved once you choose a paid plan, because saving them is the point of paying.

That's the part everyone dreads — handled.
Put your courses in once — from home, a co-op, or dual enrollment — pick which belong on the official transcript, and a clean, college-ready transcript comes out. From there you get a real plan for your target colleges, what a degree could actually cost your family, and scholarship matches built around your student's real experiences.
